Cove Salon Suites are designed to provide individual salon professionals—such as hairstylists, estheticians, and other cosmetology professionals— a private, secure, and fully-equipped space to run their own independent businesses. Elevate your business among our vibrant beauty community with a brand new, private, and secure salon suite at Cove in downtown Brighton!

Cove is freshly designed and remodeled in 2024/25 specifically for salon professionals. Our suites are spacious and modern, ready for you to come in and get to work. Everything from lighting to sound/insulation has been built with your profession and your clients in mind. Located in downtown Brighton, Cove is a prime location for atmosphere, growth, and clientele.

FULLY-EQUIPPED CUSTOM SUITES

All of our suites are beautifully-designed, and come furnished with the essentials that fit various salon professions, including salon chairs, shampoo bowls, sinks, built-in retail shelving, cabinets, countertops, and more. Suites are equipped with temperature control, WiFi, and sound insulation. Single, double, and triple suites will be available for sharing. Customize your space to fit your services and brand.

24/7 SECURITY & ACCESS

Enjoy secure access to your suite and common spaces whenever you need to, 24/7/365. The building will be equipped with a security system, exterior cameras, and key fob system for both you and your clients’ safety and comfort.

TENANT & CLIENT CONVENIENCE

Cove is an attractive, inviting, and comfortable space for both you and your clients. Client waiting areas, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, and a tenant break room are all included. Tenant utilities are also included!

  • Construction at Cove is currently underway, set to be completed and ready for stylists to move in fall 2025.

    We are currently giving on-site tours, and accepting pre-leasing applications. Contact us for more information.

  • All of our luxury salon suites come with the following:

    • Fully furnished with luxury furniture and finishes (tenants wishing to bring their own furniture and equipment will receive a one-time credit applied to their rent instead). Hair processors/dryers will not be included in the furnishings.

    • Sinks, countertops, mirrors, professional lighting, and built-in retail shelving in every suite

    • Common areas including lounges, client waiting areas, break room with fridge, and laundry room (pay per load)

    • A social media lounge dedicated for stylists to photograph and take videos of their clients and their work

    • High-speed wi-fi throughout the building

    • Security system throughout, building cameras, etc. for your safety

    • Individual suite temperature control

    • Suite utilities are included in the rent: water, gas, electric, etc.

  • Yes! We will have dedicated single, double, and triple suites available to suit the variety of unique needs of our stylists.

    All suites (including singles) will be available for sharing between multiple tenants, to share the cost of rent, and better align with your schedule and needs! Tenants will be responsible for scheduling the use of their spaces amongst anyone they share with. All stylists using any suite must be officially named on the lease.

  • Our suites are luxury salon suites, which means they come with some really nice perks and advantages compared to most others.

    Our suites are much larger than almost any on the market- with square footages up to 400+ in some of the suites. In addition, we have many included amenities and common spaces that you won’t find elsewhere.

    We have built and selected high-end furniture and fixtures to fill our suites, although we do allow tenants to bring their own furniture and equipment if they desire for a one-time credit.

    We allow sharing in all of our suites, which is a huge advantage for stylists that are looking to work part-time, or share the cost of rent.

  • Our suite pricing will range based on size, # of windows, etc. Our suites will start at $325/week. Contact us for more information and specific pricing.
